Edgett discussed Creating Value via the Innovation Performance Framework™, an executive framework for repeatedly and consistently launching profitable new products. Speaking directly to executives from key functions including product management, product marketing, innovation, and R&D, Dr. Edgett explains that four key drivers must be addressed to realize new product performance.
